This brisket recipe makes a mess of beef for a large group, or can be cooked and then frozen in smaller packages for a quick meal at a later date. Randy made a mess of this Beef Brisket before our wedding, froze it and we served it (among other Tex-Mex foods) on the day after the wedding party for out of town guests and our wedding party.
