Many times Randy and I would cook a lot of one meal with the plan of freezing portions, but wind up eating the same thing for many days. We just had too much going on to cook. So we came up with the concept of "3 Way" or more Meals, that would enable us to cook several different meals, but economizing the time by chopping some of the key ingredients at one time and then prepping the rest of the meal. This section highlights some of our recent 3 way meals (well so far the first one!). There are links to the individual recipes, as well as the combined time saving recipe.
